Long-Term Closure Begins for Eastbound Highway 10 in Arden Hills

Beginning this week, eastbound Highway 10 will close so crews can rebuild the intersection at I-694 near Snelling Avenue.

The closure began at 8 p.m. Monday, May 14, and includes the ramp from eastbound Highway 10 to eastbound I-694. The closure is between County Road 96 and 694.

Deadline Nears for Roseville City-wide Garage Sale Signups

Need a place to sell unwanted items after your spring cleaning?

Roseville is hosting a citywide garage sale on Saturday, June 2. Those who sign up before Monday, May 21, can get their address listed on a map of garage sale locations.

It costs $10 to sign up, and a complete list and map will be available both online and at City Hall beginning Tuesday, May 29.

Community members are invited to watch the Roseville School of Dance perform their spring recital.

“The Heat is On” will features performers of all ages. It takes place at 7 p.m. Friday, June 8, and 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, June 9, at the Roseville Area High School Auditorium.

According to KSTP meteorologist Patrick Hammer, today will be clear and sunny with a high of 76 and a low of 58.

Tomorrow there is a chance of morning storms, but later in the day it will heat up.

3,500 Local Hospital Workers Vote to Strike

About 3,500 members of the Service Employees International Union Healthcare Minnesota voted overwhelmingly Tuesday to strike. After two days of voting, 91 percent supported the strike option.

If the union calls a 2-5 day strike it would affect:

-Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina
-Fairview Riverside Hospital in Minneapolis

Rally Held for Roseville Coaches, Teachers

A rally was held Tuesday night in support of Roseville High School coaches and teachers.

The rally comes after the resignation last week of boys hockey coach Jeff Pauletti who was under investigation for allegations of bullying and intimidation.

Pauletti was there and said turnover of high school coaches in Minnesota is too high.
